Data protection at ISGAM AG (hereinafter referred to as “ISGAM”, “we” or “us”) have an obligation to protect and secure the personal data of all past, present and future clients in accordance with applicable law. This data protection policy (the “Policy”) describes the way in which we collect, process and (under certain circumstances) pass on such data.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this Policy, the provisions of any contracts into which you have entered with us shall take precedence.

Data processing

If you are a client of ISGAM, we may collect, use and share personal information about you so that ISGAM may (i) fulfil its obligations under the terms of use of this website; (ii) carry out its daily operations and business with you; (iii) conduct statistical analyses of the pages visited on this website; (iv) monitor and analyse its business activities; (v) engage in crime prevention and comply with legal and supervisory regulations; (vi) develop and market other products and services; and (vii) transfer ISGAM’s rights and obligations.

ISGAM has delegated the storage and archiving of company and client data to a specialised third-party company.This outsourced activity is limited to data storage and archiving and takes place in Switzerland. Data processing remains within the company and is not outsourced. The activity of the third-party company primarily entails hosting and server maintenance.

Data protection on the internet

When you register on our website, your registration data will be used to determine the funds and services suitable for your professional status and country of residence. ISGAM does not collect any personal data relating to you from this website.

At ISGAM, various security regulations are applied to ensure the protection of your personal data. However, ISGAM assumes no responsibility or liability for the security of your data at the time when they are transmitted to us via the internet.   • Automatic sending of follow-up emails based on recipient reactions.
